1. Shipping rates & costs

We implement free international shipping for buyers from most countries. We will increase and reduce some fuel surcharges or import country tariffs according to the increase in freight rates. For packages weighing more than 5 kg, we will include tariffs in countries in the European Union (except Switzerland, etc.) , The higher the order quantity, the lower the relative cost, and even our discount can be used. For details, please refer to the ABOUT US page (when the announcement is made).


2. Shipping methods and delivery times

We sent from China. Generally it takes about 7 to 12 business days. Item will start shipping within 1~4 business days after full payment is received. General package is without original box, but nice packing is guaranteed for our products.


3. Shipping restrictions

If you provide PO boxes in certain countries or regions, or state legislation may prevent certain products from being shipped to certain locations, please do not submit, we cannot deliver them.


4. Missing or lost packages

There are many reasons for package loss or abnormal delivery, and in most cases it is beyond our control. After we get an exception notification from the carrier, or after getting your feedback, we will contact you and the carrier by email as soon as possible, and solve the problem through our active contact. If the carrier confirms the loss, we will Full refund or re-shipment.


If you find some parts missed or damaged (due to shipping or manufacturing issues), don't worry and just contact us for sending the parts to you immediately for FREE. You can sent email to [email protected]


5. Customs and import duties

Most of the European Union countries and the United States, we bear import tariffs, other countries we cannot bear tariffs, we can only maintain a reasonable declared value.

7 Days DOA Guarantee Policy

If the item you received is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the order being received and provide the clear and valid proof (photos or video of the item and the SKU number). we will verify the case and negotiate compensation solutions with you according to the extent of damage, such as partial refund / resending accessories / resending a new product, etc.

7 Days Missing/Wrong Items Guarantee Policy

When you sign for the package, we highly recommend you to unpack and check the item(s). If there is an item missing, a wrong item or secondary packaging, please kindly contact us within 7 days after the date of receipt and provide the product information (SKU number / order number / product ID) and the related proof (eg: clear photos of the package, photos or video of received item and package weight). 


If we confirm it as a non-customer problem (eg: missing items, wrong items, or product incompleteness caused by logistics), we will arrange reshipment of accessories/partial refund/a new replacement/return and replacement based on the specific case.


How long will it take to receive my refund?


Our refund process is optimized for speed. Refund requests are, by default, sent to the original payment method used.

Refund within 1 business day, but bank processing may take 7-14 natural days to show in your account.

Refund within 1 business day, but bank processing may take 10 business days to show in your account.  Refund request after 180 days, customer provide bank details to Ebanx and refund will be transferred in 10 business days.

Installment BR--

Refund within 1 business day, but bank processing may take 30 natural days to show in your account. 

Klarna Slice it (Installment)--

Within 3 business days

BKM Express--

Refund within 1 business day, but bank processing may take 7-14 natural days to show in your account.

Qiwi/ Webmoney/ Dotpay/ iDEAL/ Giropay/ Sofort--

Within 2 business days

Boleto/ OXXO--

Refund process within 2 business days, then you will receive an email to collect your bank details.

And the refund shown in your account within 10 business days.

Ebanking(molpay)--

Within 3-7 business days

Paytm--

Refund within 1 business day, but bank processing may take 3-21 business days to show in your account (paytm wallet will settle within 24h).
